we process orders as they come in… if it’s an item that we don’t make such as beach decor, or reusable bags, we normally ship in 2/3 days.. Bedding, shirts, car seat covers are all made to order.. please allow 2-3 weeks for production..

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

you can cancel hand made orders within 4 days. After 3 days 25% service charge. Hand made includes all bedding, pillows, curtains shower curtains, shirts and dresses. Canceling must be done through the website or by phone and you will receive a cancellation number.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

30 days money back… all items must be returned in original packaging, with hooks ect.. clothes must me unworn and not washed. To return you need an authorization number, to confirm return. after return is in inspected a refund will be issued. Must be unused, unwashed. and in original packaging.

once your order is shipped you will have a tracking number.. its up to you to track your order. once your order is delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items
