we process orders as they come in… if its an item that we don’t make such as beach decor, or reusable bags, we normally ship in 2/3 days.. Bedding, shirts, car seat covers are all made to order.. please allow 2-3 weeks for production..
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
you can cancel hand made orders within 4 days. After 3 days 25% service charge
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
30 days money back… all items must be returned in original packaging, with hooks ect.. clothes must me unworn and not washed.

once your order is shipped you will have a tracking number.. its up to you to track your order. once your order is delivered we are not responsable for lost or stolen items
