 Most of the items you see on our website are "made to order"
and are NOT in stock in the warehouse.


 How to Return an item:

PLEASE SAVE ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING, VINYL BAGS ECT. AND FILLERS INCLUDED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. Please include the reason for the return along with your documentation. All returns must be returned within 15 days of Confirmed Delivery. Any Item received after 30 days will be given a store credit only,  If not re-packed as it was originally shipped or there is any indication of use, Polynesian Designs  will not authorize a credit. You (The Buyer ) are responsible for the cost shipping the item to you and of shipping items back to us, unless  it is defective.
If you refuse delivery of the item when it reaches your home or place of business, you will be charged for all shipping costs, including the cost to return the item to us. You will also be charged for any bank credit card fees that have been incurred along with handling.
We Credit your account the same day we recieve the unused merchandise back, However, We have NO CONTROL OVER WHEN YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY ISSUES YOUR CREDIT. Normally it is 7 to 10 days for you to receive your refund.  This is your credit card company, not us.
If you received FREE SHIPPING on the original purchase, these costs will be deducted from the refund.

Custom Items.  custom means we  have made it for you.  Custom Fabric, Wider, Longer, shorter, or with special trim, backing or any other "customization" we will not accept for return, or refund.

 Free Shipping offer.. Free shipping is only offered on Comforters at this time, and will be sent the most economical Way, which is  parcel post 

 Shipping internationally. We do ship to Australia, Canada and UK

Free shipping is offered only on the comforters,  to only the continental USA, does not include Hawaii, Puerto Rico or USVI or International.

Basic Facts

We make what we sell, but it is impossible to have all the items we sell in stock at all times.   If we have the item you are ordering in stock, it will ship the same day or the next day. Most items are made per order, and we will do our best to give you a time frame. If the item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you, but please allow 3 to 4 weeks.
Your Credit Card is charged at the time you place the order. If the item you are ordering is not in stock, you will be notified

Special Orders:

We do not do custom sizes on the comforters. We can however do custom sizes on duvet covers, Curtains, valances, and shower curtains, depending on size, there may be an additional charge. Special Orders are not returnable or Exchangeable, it  is a special order for you, no one else. A custom order  is made to your specifications, so be sure of your measurements.
About Us.


Colors may appear differently on your monitor, based on the way your monitor is set. We try to give a detailed description of colors,  if you are trying to match a color. please request a swatch.

We prefer to avoid returns. If you are trying to match a certain color or  you would like to see and feel our fabric, please send us an email at with the name or number of the fabric you are interested in and we will gladly send you a swatch, We charge $10.00 for Swatches, which we will credit back to you at the time you place your order. We are sorry that we now have to charge for swatches, because of the abuse by a few individuals
